8.Why U Is Applying For Be A Staff Membrer On RapedDekaron: I have the dekaron experience thats for sure, I am helpful in many ways especially when it comes to helping staff or players, I'm not sucking up thats just how I am. I'm always coming up with new ideas, I am always on forums and team speak when I am on my computer, I communicate with everyone, I greet and welcome new players to the server. I am very respectful, I know how to deal with about any situation thrown at me, If I am expected to do something I do it as soon as I get the chance, If its something that needs to be done or taking care of urgently I will clear my schedule(Figuratively speaking of course) and get it done or taken care of ASAP. I try to mind my own business when it comes to other peoples business I'm not someone that likes snooping drama nor am I someone that takes **** from anyone. If I done something wrong or something that wasn't right I will always man up to it and if I didnt know I did something wrong then I would hope someone would tell me about it so I could fix it. Not to sound cheesy but I am usually a funny, nice and awsome person to talk too and be around. I am an honest straight up person, I don't have any skeletons in the closet what you see or in this case what you hear is what you get pretty much. If someone needs help I will help them the best I could and if I could not help them then I would get someone else to combine heads with me and get the problem or whatever it may be worked out. Too me its all about Team work and helping eachother out the best we can.

Ideas for the server :
So I have made a post about some general ideas but here are some more. I am always happy to give ideas whenever I have them especially if it will help improve the servers popularity.
Maybe Buff up the Hunters a little bit, From what I've saw they are a'lot more weak than they should be maybe just a defense increase or somthing. All other classes will be fine after the next patch, This server has actually very well balanced classes.
An exchange system for the candies, Instead of going and farming them easy, make it sort of a challenge to get them. You could add them to an exchange npc for narukes or somthing like that.
A map just for argating, one good map you could use for it could be norak arena, Put a few blacksmiths around the map circling around the map Its a small map and it would be unique to have since know other server has an upgrading map. (Yes I know there is a blacksmith in Deathlands)
Since argates are easy to get, You could make the exchange for golds and crystals a little harder to make them more valuable.
Boss farming would be fun, As of this moment bosses are easy to kill and easy to get SOD's and other things they drop. It would be cool to have to go with a full party including a segnale to be able to kill the bosses, That would help out a'lot with team work in the game too, people will want to stay in guild and not guild hopp all the time because then you know you have a guild that will want to do those kinds of things.
